Terms of Service for Scienus Digital

4. Payments & Pricing

  • Payments are non-refundable unless stated in a separate agreement
  • Delays in payment may result in suspension of services
  • Applicable taxes will be charged as per Indian laws

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon full payment, the final deliverables of the project will be transferred to the client, unless otherwise agreed. However:

  • We retain rights to reusable components, frameworks, and internal tools
  • We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless restricted by agreement

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the project.

7. Third-Party Services

Our services may include integration with third-party tools (e.g., hosting, payment gateways). We are not responsible for the performance, security, or policies of these third parties.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

All services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scienus Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • Payments are not made on time
  • Required cooperation is not provided

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Scienus Digital from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
